Cobia & Associates exists so owner-led companies can have someone in the IT and AI seat who can also carry the plan into production. Senior leadership without a full-time hire.
The companies we serve are not primarily in the software business. Software runs distribution, clinics, job sites, plants, ledgers, and customer operations. When those systems get expensive, fragile, or stuck, the owner is often still making the calls. The same is true when AI shows up in the board pack and nobody owns it.
The usual alternatives (an MSP, a shop, an internal lead promoted past the depth of the problem) leave architecture, AI, and delivery with the owner. Cobia & Associates takes that seat and ships the work in the client's own accounts.
The operating principle is practical over trendy. We choose the tool that serves the business, including when the fashionable answer does not belong in the process. If a competitor could actually pass you with AI, we build the thing that closes the gap. If the company just needs software it never had time to write, we write that instead.
You work with the principal who will do the work. When a specialist is genuinely required, we say so and help you find one.
